Your Rights in Detail
1. Right of Access
You can ask us what personal data we hold about you. We will provide a copy within 30 days. This is free of charge for the first request. If requests are repeated or excessive, we may charge a small fee.
How to use it: Email support@arcglen.com with the subject line "Data Access Request". Include your name and the email you used on our site.
2. Right to Correction
If any data we hold about you is wrong or incomplete, you can ask us to fix it. We will make the change within 30 days.
How to use it: Email support@arcglen.com with the subject line "Data Correction Request". Tell us what needs to be changed.
3. Right to Deletion
You can ask us to delete your personal data. This is also called the "right to be forgotten". We will delete your data unless we have a legal reason to keep it.
When it applies:
- The data is no longer needed for its original purpose.
- You withdraw your consent.
- You object to the processing and there is no overriding reason to continue.
- The data was processed unlawfully.
How to use it: Email support@arcglen.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".
4. Right to Restriction
You can ask us to limit how we use your data. While restricted, we will store the data but not process it further.
When it applies:
- You dispute the accuracy of your data (while we check it).
- Processing is unlawful but you prefer restriction over deletion.
- We no longer need the data but you need it for a legal claim.
- You have objected to processing (while we consider your objection).
How to use it: Email support@arcglen.com with the subject line "Data Restriction Request".
5. Right to Data Portability
You can ask for your personal data in a structured, common, machine-readable format. You can also ask us to send it to another service provider where this is possible.
What data this covers:
- Data you provided to us directly (contact form data).
- Data processed based on your consent.
How to use it: Email support@arcglen.com with the subject line "Data Portability Request". We will provide data in CSV or JSON format.
6. Right to Object
You can object to our processing of your data when we rely on legitimate interest. We will stop unless we can show a strong reason to continue.
You can always object to direct marketing. We will stop as soon as you ask.
How to use it: Email support@arcglen.com with the subject line "Data Processing Objection".

For cookies:
